Valley of the monkeys is the name given to a wadi Tombs In the necropolis of Ay (WV23 tomb), on the wall opposite the entrance, one can see a frieze of three monkeys sacred records, extracted from the book of Amduat with baboons representing the hours of the night and various deities. We have also discovered the tomb of three princesses who lived under the reign of Thutmose II. Notes
