The urban cultures in the world

France

They appeared in the early 1980s with the arrival of hip-hop because of the involvement of social centers who were working a lot for the creation of leisure towards young people in cities. The policies are appropriate to the "urban culture" by the city contract often criticized by the associations and the mounting support for obtaining grants is tedious. Creating a Federation

In May 2008, the Federation de France organizes the network of Urban Culture in Morocco. Headquartered in Meknes , the birthplace of hip-hop in Morocco. The National Council of the Moroccan Federation of Urban Culture consists of practices from disciplines and federate between individuals, groups and associations to support the recognition and supervision of Urban Cultures.

The strength of the federation is to provide a national mobilization, activist and organized with the mission to work together with the Ministries of Youth, Sports and Culture to lead the kingdom. In 2009, the work of creating the Moroccan Federation of Sports Urban place with a mission to locate clubs involving all disciplines at the national level.

The Federation is trying somehow to coordinate the organization of the music festival in Morocco that is the subject of strong lobbying and commercial recovery of all kinds. In November 2008, Fabrice Bach meets Jack Lang to present the project. In January 2009 an official meeting is to organize the Moroccan Ministry of Culture .
