Sprayer
A spray can of weed , cons of treating the disease , destroy insects harmful to crops, or applying fertilizer leaf.
- For field crops and tree crops and vines, there are three types:
- mounted sprayer
- towed or trailed sprayer
- automotive
- There is also a wide range of portable sprayers:
- trigger sprayer
- mounted sprayer pressure screening
- mounted sprayer pressure maintained
- Thermal spray
Sprayer comprises a tank, a pump , a pressure regulator, a manometer , a distributor and nozzles
The tank contains the liquid, suspension, emulsion or true solution, a commercial product in water. It is equipped with a system that maintains the slurry in motion to prevent the formation of deposit (agitator).
The pump, usually driven by the PTO of the tractor , realizes the pressurization of the slurry.
The pressure regulator, downstream of the pump maintains constant pressure predetermined by the user (often controlled by technicians finally meet European standards and specifications).
Sprayers for more than 3 m wide ramp control "technology" will be mandatory in Europe every five years from 1 January 2009. These checks will be conducted by inspectors of recognized status (Source: http://www.crodip.fr )
