Grand Palace Sayil

Sayil is an archaeological Mayan region Puuc in the state of Yucatan in Mexico, about twenty miles south of Uxmal. The city, which reached its peak in the late Classic (800-950 AD.) Covers approximately 5 km2. From 1983 to 1988, she has been an important series of campaigns led by Jeremy Sabloff search and Gair Tourtellot. This is a secondary center, which probably depended Uxmal . A sacbe of 1, 7 km connects the city to the site recently explored Chac II.
