- Originally named "Listel" is the name of a place called "Isle of Stel, small sandy island that dominates the area Jarras, at the foot of the medieval ramparts of Aigues-Mortes.
The winery uses Domaines Listel local grapes (> 80%), in cellars. The methods of winemaking produces wines 'White' (from white grapes, the 'Grey' (from red grapes with white juice fermented in white: direct pressing after harvest), the 'Grey Grey' (same process but only to from Grenache Gris, and 'Roses' (from red grapes with white juice that is put around the tank with a very short maceration, and 'Red' (from red grapes with white juice long maceration before pressing).
