Altar of Sacrificios (in Spanish: "altar of sacrifice") is an archaeological site of pre-Columbian civilization Mayan located near the confluence of the River Pasin and Salinas River (at which point they form the Ro Usumacinta ) in the Department of Peten in Guatemala. With Seibal and Dos Pilas , Altar of Sacrificios is one of the excavation sites of Guatemala's best-known although it seems to have been only of minor importance to the Maya History

Archaeological excavations indicate that the site dates back to the early Middle Preclassic . The site has many monuments dating in long count of 455 to 849. Its peak is at Late Classic. Altar of Sacrificios dominated the trade route of the Rio Usumacinta.
